Here is what i sent to the chmura sports readers in the breaking newsletter
The Browns Center Alonzo Ephraim has been suspended for the first 4 games of the season. There has not been an official release yet, but if you go to http://www.cleveland.com/browns/photos/ and look at the lastest gallery pictures. On picture 8 of 8 the captain says he will be suspended.
