Im hearing a lot about Romeo Crennel possibly going to Miami to coach. I am not saying these rumors are true nor that I believe them, but it brings up an interesting point. How can Romeo leave to coach another team and yet Cowler had to wait a year? What kinda of clause does Romeo's contract have?

There is no clause, Romeo couldn't leave.  However, the Dolphins could offer compensation to tempt the Browns into allowing them to have him, basically, the Browns could trade Romeo to Miami for picks/players.
