Playoff tickets, face value?

Printdid anyone here this thing on KNR today? some guy from veeagogo was on with Munch, had some gimmick where you can get face value tickets for playoff games from the browns ticket exchange? has anyone used this? what's the story with it? on the radio they said you can guarantee a face value ticket to the playoffs. munch said it's like insurance, corporate guy said its a fan service, fun new product, blah blah blah.
