WFNY reports that D'Qwell is placed on the IR due to the shoulder injury he suffered in the Pittsburgh game. Tough break for a great guy, and a real blow to the Brown's defense, which can't really use one. Be interesting to see if Veikune gets to see the field once in a while, or if Jason Trusnik gets most of the reps.

It could get a lot uglier, unfortunately.

It won’t be Trusnik. He’s an OLB. I’d like to see what Veikune can do. I don’t see Maiava improving in a week to average/ above MLB quality. He needs game experience of course, but he was pretty atrocious last week.

Just when you thought a bad defense couldn’t get worse…

I have two jokes for that.

1. You should be on Sunday Morning Countdown. C’MON MAN!

2. “Come Onnnnnnnnn!”
“Why do you keep saying that?”
“It’s my catch phrase. COME ON!!!!!”

Oh Yeah. Right in the kisser!
