If this is another “smoke and mirrors” thing, so no one can game plan, well that is going to hurt the QBs. If Anderson starts then the only foul is that he keeps putting the worste QB in the NFL this year in the game. But if Quinn starts then he loses even more practice getting his timing down with the receivers. Not to mention the WR line up is different from when he started.
