Jesus, if the Cavs don’t win it all this year we realistically have no chance of ever seeing a title in Cleveland barring a miracle.

Actually, I think this could help the Browns. With a billionaire owner willing to spend, a huge fan base, and a true football town, the Browns are like a big market team in baseball. I would be absolutely shocked if the Browns ever were in the bottom 8-12 teams in revenue that received money from this program.

Yea, the Browns would have an advantage here, they generate good revenue….provided the team doesn’t continue to suck horribly and the fans stop coming.
Teams like Jacksonville, St. Louis, Carolina would struggle the most in years when the team isn’t all that good because of the fair weather nature of those fanbases.
