Veteran Floyd "Pork Chop" Womack
He will become a Cleveland Brown by mid-week.... Veteran Floyd "Pork Chop” Womack
A versatile player who has seen time at every position on the line but center, Womack has had a frustrating career derailed by a series of nagging injuries.
He was selected with the 33rd pick of the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft out of Mississippi State University.

Should we go now for Roy Williams (S)?
…at a reasonable price, he could bring the intensity that we lack in recent years.
What do you think, guys?
Kurt Warner or the Sad story of the Great Ram who become the Silly Goat...
I think the market for safeties is too player friendly right now to get him at a reasonable price.
Womack sounds like an older, lazier Rex Hadnot. He certainly isn’t the long-term answer. I’d be ok with signing him to a 1 or 2 year deal on the cheap but would rather find someone younger.
The Plain Dealer is reporting that the “Pork Chop” is signed. Good call, manderson, how do you get your info???
Heh…I’m intrigued too. Great guess or insider information? Hmmm…

Yo! just great insider information…. My lil brother is a member of the browns….. plus the Browns are doing alot of undercover moves….. I will have some more info to release but will wait…. “TRADE TALK”
this won’t happen but think about this trade:
!!!!!!Trade the #5 pick to Detroit for the #1 pick!!!!!!!!
Sounds amazing, right!
Just think about this:
The Browns have 2 starting QB, both have big contracts….. both are young…. But only 1 can be the starter….. They can’t keep both of them after this year, so why not trade 1 of them now….
Quinn, is my pick to keep…. So trade Anderson to Detriot and the #5 pick for the #1 overall pick…..
Then go get the best player in the draft…. LB Aaron Curry from Wake Forest b/c he won’t be there at #5….
This is a win- win for both teams:
Detroit: needs players at every position, so why not trade down get a good QB and still get a #5 pick…. (like DT B.J. Raji of Boston College or DE/OLB Brian Orakpo of Texas)
Cleveland: Quinn is the guy, now…. And get a future All-Pro LB…. w/ Shaun Rogers, this kid will be a beast….
