A surplus of unproven or inconsistent QBs. Cutler is an upgrade but there seem to be a lot more moving pieces to this potential deal so I put the odds of it happening below 50%.

Cutler is not a for sure upgrade over anything. He’s a known commodity vs an unknown (Quinn).
