I’m not forecasting the Browns to be a surprise team. I’m just putting them on the radar in case the numbers work out.
so if the Browns have a good season, you mentioned them. but if they don’t play well, you weren’t actually forecasting them to be a surprise team.

may I add that I’m not predicting it will rain tomorrow, but i’m mentioning the possibility in case water falls from the sky.

yea. It sure is hard to pick a surprise team when u take 1/4 of all the teams. Its like picking 30 NCAA football teams to be a surprise
