Robiskie looks polished, Veikune intelligent and transitioning well
Pluto says Veikune "won some money" off of Mangini by braking down every player's role in a complicated blitz. He also reports that Veikune moves like a LB.
He also reports that James Davis looks like a legit NFL running back, that Robiskie looks savvy and polished (surprise?) and Lance Leggett is showing some potential at WR. Lance spent 2008 on our practice squad and ran track at the U.
I trust Pluto more than anyone else in Berea, but keep in mind these are all rookies in helmets and shorts.
Does anyone else think Robiskie looks bigger than he did at OSU?

I would like to see Bryan Williams return a few kicks(and play safety), but i think taking Cribbs away from special teams would be stupid.
Do u think Leggett will make the roster and how does he compare to Steptoe and Hubbard

I don’t know if Leggett makes the final roster. If we keep 6 WR on the roster, I think they are Braylon, Cribbs, Robiskie, Massaquoi, Patten and whoever is next in line. It would seem to be down to Leggett, Hubbard, and Steptoe, with maybe an undrafted FA really making some plays.
Leggett is pretty similar to Hubbard, but a little skinnier. He is 6’3", 200lbs, and fast (from what I remember on the field and also because you can’t possibly be slow and run track at Miami). I don’t remember how he looked catching the ball and running routes from last preseason, but you’d have to think he has improved while on the practice squad.
I think you should throw norwood in that mix.
