I don’t really play video games, but I read that Madden was overhauling the scoring system this year and that ratings would be much lower
Yeah, I think they are trying to make it so that 90+ actually means something. Last year, there were way too many guys in the 80s and 90s and star players didn’t play like stars.
Madden
I’m very surprised that our safteys are rated so low. How much over-rated lewis is….for his age and injury problem – and the fact he barely made a 1,000 yards. He had 1,001. CB’s look about right. Quinn rated 71! He only started a couple games and played with a broken finger. Teq. this is his 2nd season. He’s about 76. Anderson seems alittle low for one bad season. Zastudil is one of the best punters in the game – extremely under-rated. Rucker seems alittle under-rated, if the Browns play him – he will have a great year. This one gets me the most – cribbs 63! The second most feared return man in the game. The browns on paper are a average team. Depending on how the rookies play determines if the browns win 6-9 games this year. I think Quinn finally will get a real chance and have some good weapons. I like that madden is tring to be more real about it. I’m anxious to see how they rate other teams – esp. the steelers. Big Ben played through injury all year, there line sucked. But being champs – they will prob. be over-rated. If the line does not improve, I don’t see Ben making it through the whole season. I hope every team was based on players and not records.
Somewhere, Charles Ali is pissed.

These ratings will change over time as the regular season progresses based on each players individual performances.
Go Quinn, Go! (greatest QB in the sport, ever)
Rational People: Quinn is an unknown 1st round QB who may be a good QB.
What Simmsinns hears: “Quinn is the greatest QB in the sport, ever.”
When you argue with a fool, there are two.

It’s a f*cking joke, dude. I never claimed anyone ever thought that.

I’m just saying, if you want something dropped it’s probably best not to be a total sarcastic jack*ss about it in your signature.

Try having a sense of humor and not taking everything so seriously. It’s only the internet, buddy.

Calling an unfunny jack*ss exactly that isn’t taking things too seriously. In fact, it’s kinda fun.

we need more recievers
I’m surprised paul hubbard made the game, we don’t have Mike Furrey or Donte Stallworth. whom is in limbo atm, and when will the Madden team shed some love on the LS position, the one position that we can say we have the best player in the NFL at in Ryan Pontbriand

I definitely think we are a little underrated. And it definitely still kills me that Cribbs is not at least a 70. What’s the poor guy have to do?
I’m sure his kick return attributes are fairly high.
