Browns RB James Davis Suffers Head Injury in Car Accident

Cleveland Browns rookie running back James Davis was involved in a one-car collision Saturday morning, according to ESPN.com. He was headed to the Browns' practice facility and was hospitalized after the accident. He was released shortly thereafter, and is now listed as "questionable" on the team's injury report with a head injury.

Hopefully Davis' injury isn't too serious and he'll be ready to go this Sunday. Backup running backs Jerome Harrison and Cedric Peerman were already on the injury report, meaning that starter Jamal Lewis could be the only fully healthy back tomorrow against the Minnesota Vikings.

Good Lord, this is the worst news for the Browns since the middle of last season. Hopefully it is nothing major.

Good thing, I was almost actually feeling positive going into tomorrow- glad that is out of the way.

We’re doing pretty bad regarding injuries at the mo. Hate being screwed over like this.

Wright, Davis, Bowens and Rogers (all questionable off ESPN).

Wait and let’s see who ends his career during warm-ups. The Browns are my personal Ground Hog Day.

Isn't....

being in a “one-car collision” the same as “he cracked his car up”. Must have gone to the Stallworth School of Driving.

Fuck

" Of course Steroids should be allowed! I wanna see 700 foot home runs and 90 yard field goals! I litterally want to see someone's d**k get shoved in the dirt!"

Ouch. Well, this week’s status aside, at least the initial indications are that it isn’t serious…..

WOW!!

My only question is…Where is the sense of PRIDE! Win or lose…who cares… If you make a mistake..which I know everyone who reads this HAS at some point in life, let it go… pay your debt whether it be to a child support agency in OHIO or to society… Cheer on the Brownies whether are bad or good…but stop analyzing every little thing about them.. What WINNING teams fans actually do that…

Just wondering if this comment was directed at someone in particular?

Well, speaking for myself at least, I love the ‘every little thing’ analysis because I love team. Just because our interest is in-depth doesn’t mean we’re not bleeding brown and orange around here!

Win or lose…who cares

Yeah, so do I. Winning is a lot more fun than losing.

NO!

That was my first post. I love the browns. I love OHIO… I wouls cheer them into the ground and follow until I die in the mud. I hate over analyzing everything. LIKE brady is the started cause this…. dereck is because of that.. WHO cares? We will never have another Bernie….JIM Brown. we will only have who we root for and cheer on. They need to see our positives not our negatives. I wouldnt care if a man named BOB showed up and started… LETS CHEER THEM!!!

Re: Davis' head injury

At least he didn’t hurt anything IMPORTANT!
