Not sure if anyone saw this breaking story, but it looks like (if healthy) we may have another target for Colt (or Jake or Senecca) to throw to:

I am going to have to find out how good this kid is, but if he's over his injury could he be the spark the Browns needed in the WR department (at least for this year)? I'm hoping maybe their are prepping one of the QBs to not feel like they have to "dink" or "donk" to TE and RB all the time.
