Cleveland Browns fullback Lawrence Vickers signed an injury waiver today, just in time to participate in the final OTA session of the offseason on Monday.

"This is Lawrence’s first day back and it’s good to have him back out there," Mangini said.

According to Mangini, the staff has tried to make the players not in attendance aware of what the team has been practicing. The goal is to have everyone show up when "mandatory" minicamp begins June 10.
