2010 FB Outsiders Organizational Rankings (ESPN Insider)
Browns come in at #8.
Rankings based on players 25 or younger as of September 1, 2010. I'm not sure having young talent in the NFL is as much of an advantage as it is in the NBA and MLB. Nonetheless, it's nice to know there are reasons to be optimistic for 2010 through 2013.

Wow, 3 of the top 8 are from the AFC North. Looks like we’ve got a pretty tough division going forward.
I always thought we had one of the tougher divisions in the league myself.

Definitely, though we have been the weak link of late. The old AFC Central was also a real tough division back in the late 80’s, early 90’s—- Steelers, Browns, Oilers and Bengals all competed for a playoff spot with 3 of 4 routinely making it as I recall.
