In a minor move at the receiver position, the Cleveland Browns have signed former Miami Dolphin Taurus Johnson, according to his agent. Johnson went to the University of South Florida and has spent minimal time with the Chiefs, Lions, and Dolphins, either in camp or on practice squads.

Standing at 6-1, 218 pounds, Johnson went undrafted in 2009. There is no word on who the Browns released to make room for Johnson.
