Sorry for being late guys. I was in Cleveland a couple weeks ago and was pretty busy last week.
So without further ado...
Most polite STFU ever.

I agree completely, the guy is made of glass so he’s a huge liability, but he’s far from the worst tackle when healthy. However, I definitely would like to take a RT somewhat high in the draft, maybe with our 32nd overall pick. We can draft someone else with Atlanta’s #1.

How dare Zimmer not give credit to a tandem like Mohamed Massaquoi and Brian Robiskie!Zimmer’s neglect is just a function of the national media’s hatred towards Cleveland. ESPN never lists Robiskie as one of the best young receivers out there. This is clear evidence of hatred of Cleveland. Also, if anyone thinks that maybe Robiskie is not being mentioned because he is not playing "well", that is ridiculous — clearly, Robiskie is not playing "well" because he is depressed over the most despicable and dishonorable employment decision in the history of professional sports, if not the history of the United States (with the possible exception of that whole slavery thing): the firing of Eric Mangini. The Holmgren fiefdom’s acts have clearly destroyed Robiskie’s ability to be happy and play good football.

Honestly, I think it’s because we expect a Little Moore out of our puns here.

Yes, Alex Mack at better than 100 percent would be awesome.
by TheDriveStillHurts on Oct 14, 2011 12:18 PM PDT 6 recs
I was incredibly encouraged by the way Greg Little played. He gained some nice extra yardage after his catches and looked good in his first start. I only wish he wouldn’t have slipped on his near touchdown.

And because our half rookie OLine haven’t completely learned a new zone scheme in 5 games and no offseason its also Shurmurs fault. Jeez why aren’t they perfect right away? You’ve had 21 years to learn how to not be an asshole and haven’t even come close to figuring that one out. Maybe you could give our coaches and players a year or so?

Not nearly as bad as we are right now.
by Simmsinns on Oct 16, 2011 8:45 PM PDT 7 recs
My God, does anyone else remember how bad we were last season?Look, I ain’t ready to join the crucify-Shurmur party yet, but this statement really does not hold. At this point last year, we were 1-4, now we are 2-3. One game difference. We played better teams last year and were in all five games. This year, we were basically blown out of two games (Tenn and this game — without an idiotic decision by Hue Jackson not to kick a field goal with 4:30 left, this game is over and the onside kick would’ve been meaningless). Last year, we were tough to beat — a big criticism of the team last year was that we played not to lose and did not play to win. I think there is something to that. However, this team has none of the discipline we had at this time last year. I was a lot happier with our team at 1-4 last year than I am this year at 2-3.

Oh, for sure. Trade for him. Then try the ol’ Coke-On-A-Stick trick and we have a future Hall of Famer.

Derek Anderson 6’6.

But he could throw it clear over them mountains. And somehow, a DB would still be there to catch it.

Player A: 13 career games; 256-439, 58.3 Comp%, 6.32 YPA, 14-12 TD-INT ratio
Player B: first 27 career starts; 540-909, 59.4 Comp%, 6.2 YPA, 29-31 TD-INT ratio
Player A is obviously Colt, player B is Drew Brees.
Just sayin’. Can we all take a step back?

In his knees’ defense, they get closer to catching the ball than his hands do.

Yup. Here’s the final scorecard:
Raiders lose.
Carson wins.
Mike Brown dominates.

I know I am being an ass, but these are the absolute biggest fails of trade suggestions I have heard.
Robiskie for Plaxico Burress? The Jets would laugh at the offer for the next ten years. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George wanted to be GM of the Yankees. Here’s another suggestion for a trade: Colt McCoy for Tom Brady We could use the experienced QB.
Also, trading Hillis for Mallet? Seriously. And your statement that if it doesn’t work out, we can just draft Andrew Luck. OK then. If we were going to try to trade for a young QB, you don’t just give up on him after eight games or so that he would play. But regardless, Luck ain’t going to be available to us.
Sorry, dude.
