The schedule makers wanted Peyton Manning in prime time. They're not getting him. The Indianapolis Colts are featured in a nationally televised game for the second consecutive week despite having an 0-3 record and being forced to start Curtis Painter at quarterback. Their defense did make for an entertaining game against Pittsburgh last week though, so we'll see if they can hang with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers look very much like the team that just missed the postseason last year, and they might have the advantage this year with Atlanta's struggles thus far. I'm taking the Colts to win this one.
