It is Day 2 of the 2011 NFL Draft, and with two picks today I think the excitement among fans can match what was experienced in the first round with the trade down, trade up, and selection of DT Phil Taylor.

The second and third rounds of the draft will take place today, and it is scheduled to start at 6:00 PM EST. Teams will have a maximum of seven minutes to make their selections in round two, and a maximum of five minutes to make their selections in round three.

The Browns have the No. 37 overall pick and No. 59 overall pick at the moment, both of which are in the second round. Fans should still pay attention to round three -- with two fourth-round picks, the Browns could still be looking to move back up, and picks next year can also be used.
