This edition of Green With Envy featured many LeBron related comments and pictures, a lot of golanbatrac, and a little bit of NFL.

"cavsdan Dan Gilbert
Congrats to Mark C.&entire Mavs org. Mavs NEVER stopped & now entire franchise gets rings. Old Lesson for all: There are NO SHORTCUTS. NONE."People will say it’s petty. No f*cks will be given.
LeBron is taking his talents to the locker room with a loss.
That's about as high road as you could expect. I would have been far more drunk and far less classy.
If I owned twitter, I’d rewrite the software so that Gilbert, and only Gilbert, could tweet in Comic Sans.

Cleveland.com headline:
Dallas Mavericks take their talents to South Beach, leave with NBA championship, 105-95, over Miami
Never it is!
I hate basketball, but I love seeing a royal douchebag get his comeuppance.
It’s 11:46 PM on Sunday June 12th, and Lebron James has no ring.
Actually, the that experiment already failed once. /juwanhoward
Q: What do LeBron James, Braylon Edwards, and a dead telephone have in common?
A: No ring
Carlton Mitchell is quickly becoming my favorite Brown that never mattered. I hope he changes that.

YAY! IT"S DRUNK RUFIO!
Q: Why didn’t LeBron go to college?
A: Because he didn’t want to show up for the Finals.
Earl Barron: The jokes have already started. Breaking news! Dallas is announcing tomorrow is lebron James day! Everyone gets to leave work 12 mins early!
I honestly love that the Heat made it to the Finals just so this could be their ending. SO AWESOME!
Also, this game brought back Drunk Rufio! =D
Hopefully he is holding back the knowledge of how to throw the ball ten yards out of bounds on a go route.

Too late.
Deadspin:
"If you missed last night’s schaudenfreudegasm with LeBron and the Heat getting lane-raped by J.J. Barea for 48 minutes, oh how you missed out. There hasn’t been a more gratifying moment for sports haters since the Saints beat Favre and Manning back-to-back in the NFC title game and Super Bowl. It was glorious, delirious, WONDERFUL moment in hating. And the best part is that, come next year, we get to do it all over again!
Because what’s fucked with LeBron James isn’t going to be unfucked. Everything that made him a complete cocksucker last summer is still there: the arrogance, the dismissiveness, the incredible lack of self-awareness. LeBron holds onto those qualities as if they were his own kin, or whichever kin of his hasn’t been banging Delonte West. And he’s never gonna shed them. Was it LeBron’s fault that the Heat didn’t win? Of course not. That was all God and shit. Did any of LeBron’s critics have a point? Of course not. They were just people presumably suffering from unemployment and/or alcoholism"
"Not only is it okay to hate LeBron, but it’s a fucking character flaw on your part if you do not."
Hahaha!
If a Miami Heat blog is on SB Nation, but no Heat fans exist to read it, is it really there?
Here’s all the reasons I need:
"I’ve always felt since I was drafted here that I was going to light [Cleveland] up like Vegas. I said that on Day 1 once I got drafted. It’s been slow progress, but it takes a few years to put a building up in Vegas, too."
I got a goal, and it’s a huge goal, and that’s to bring an NBA championship here to Cleveland, and I won’t stop until I get it."
"I don’t want to go "Ring – Chasing" as I call it, you know. Going to a team that’s already pretty established and trying to win a ring with them. I want to stay with the Cavs and build a champion. And I feel like we’re on our way."
"If I didn’t believe in this team and this organization and the direction that we’re headed, I wouldn’t have signed the extension."
"Next year, I will be playing for The Miami Heat. I would like to thank all of my fans for supporting me and I am looking forward to seeing you guys next season as I CHASE the NBA Championship."
"We didn’t actually like Cleveland," says James. "We hated Cleveland growing up. There’s a lot of people in Cleveland we still hate to this day."
I wanted to do what’s best for LeBron James and to do what makes LeBron James happy.
Hopefully the fans will be respectful, but at the same time I don’t expect that to be. But I gave a lot to the [Cavs] organization, my talents, my seven years. I tried to take them to places where they had never been before."
"Cleveland fans are awesome, but I mean, even my family gets spoiled at times watching me doing things that I do, on and off the court."
"I spoil a lot of people with my play,"
"The kids are our future. One day we might have another LeBron. Maybe."
"LeBron stays humble just by being LeBron."
Root for Buffalo.
I am thoroughly enjoying basking in all of this.
I think every person that Lebron promised that he wouldn’t stop til he brought home a championship has a right to be upset with Quitness, I think every person that James let down by giving up in the playoffs, in the Finals, and in the playoffs again, has a right to be upset with LeQuit. I think the people that have the most right to be outright pissed at him though are his former teammates/organizational figures, whom he made jump through hoops and play his games for two years even though he knew he wasn’t staying.
"My only question where was all the vitriol when LeBron was doing the same immature things while wearing the Cavs uniform?"
that’s the thing, though … when he was 23 in wine and gold, he didn’t do stupid shit. i’m biased as a cavs fan, but the worst i can think of in his time here was walking off the floor after the magic series w/o shaking hands (debatable how bad that actually is), and the "dancing and preening" during games.
aside from that stuff — and i would submit that it’s pretty easy to see how cavs fans would dismiss the latter as "the guys having fun playing a game" — what did he do that was call-out worthy? it wasn’t until the very end that he told us he "spoiled people" w/ the high quality of his play. we got on him about shooting the FT lefty against the bulls, and about quitting in games 5 and 6 of the celtics series … but that was all in the last moments of his time in cleveland.
i’m honestly curious what people mean by "the same immature things". he never did anything as moronic as "the decision", and never said anything remotely as intergalactically ass-faced as (paraphrasing), "i don’t worry about the critics b/c they’re fat, poor losers and i’m still a rich, global icon."
that"s alittle extrene,
I pray, for the sake of those souls who voted for Long, that the voting was anonymous. If not, the 3 who voted for Long may want to contact the FBI and see if they can join the witness protection program pronto. They have some huge pancakes coming their way soon when Joe Thomas sees this.
And on Madden ratings.
It's a low blow, but I thought it was still funny.

@MikeAndMike if lebron wanted a ring so bad he should have stayed in cleveland and just bought one from terrelle pryor
Graduate and get your ass over there.
As a visitor from another team’s site,I won’t give you any reasons to be pessimistic.
But, here’s a reason for Browns fans to be optimistic, IMO:
