Joe Thomas caught both fish, he just allowed Colt to reel the bigger one in.

Joe Thomas appeared to His disciples Colt. Colt had gone fishing the other night but caught nothing. When the morning was come Joe Thomas stood on the shore but Colt did not recognize Him. Joe Thomas told him to cast his net on the right side of the boat. When Colt heard that it was the Joe Thomas he removed his fisher coat unto Him and cast himself into the sea. Colt went up and drew the net to the land full of great fishes.

The chicken and the egg predicament, the chicken being losing, and the egg being winning. You don´t worry about the chicken and the egg, you slay the chicken and you crack the egg, then you have dinner. Or you dye the chicken and paint the egg. In other words, you play to win in every aspect of your game, if you´ve become a winner in every aspect of a game, they will blow the whistle and then they will tell you you can stop playing now because you have won, and you will be sad, because it feels so good. The nature of things predicts that practicing winning, already has you in the general conundrum of winning. The Allstars on losing teams are winners, they don´t play like losers no matter what happens.

When Joe Thomas puts his hands on you, you become smaller. Fish are no exception.

For the same reason a dog licks their nuts – because they can.
wouldn’t you?

Your comment implies that Joe Thomas couldn’t have caught the fish while they were attempting to flee. You will be pancaked.

Little hasn’t even played a single snap and everyone is all on his jock because of "character issues" and now fans are creating intensely complicated voting polls to compare him to other guys with crappy characters. Much like Bernie19Kosar just said, if he’s catching redzone TD’s or running people over in the middle of the field after the catch, we’re all going to love him. . . and IMO that’s what this leadership team sees in him. Mike Holmgren has a knack for helping troubled players mature, and for the first time in over 12 years, I feel like this leadership team knows what the hell they are doing.
Look at his film, Little is a beast. He’s more powerful and explosive than any WR we have on our team now so why don’t you wait a LITTLE, like once the season starts, to start dogging our potential Andre Johnson prototype ( kid looks just like him )

Well I’m sure the rooneys will suspend him for aat least a couple of games because they are "classier" than anyone else in the history of the world. They do things "the right way", right?
They are probably just happy he didn’t physically or sexually assault anyone in the process.
