Caplan: Browns Sniffing Around for Right Tackles

Stay connected for news and updates

According to NFL reporter Adam Caplan, the Cleveland Browns aren't limiting their free agency search to just defensive end, safety, and wide receiver: they are looking for someone at right tackle as well:

For Browns fans, they have been sniffing around for OTs to compete against Pashos for RT job.

The move has to be a welcome surprise to golanbatrac (among others), who were wondering why the search for a right tackle wasn't being made a higher priority. Of course, this does nothing to confirm the Browns will actually bring in somebody good enough to compete with Tony Pashos, but there are still some candidates out there. Pashos is considered an upgrade over John St. Clair but has battled injuries the past several years.
