The Cleveland Browns front office made no secret about the fact that they wanted to invest in the young talent currently on the team versus spending a lot of money on free agents. We saw the beginning of that today when the team rewarded Joe Thomas for his efforts, ensuring he stays with the team for a pretty long time:

Congratulations, Thomas! Who is next on the list for the Browns to reward? I imagine Ahtyba Rubin is near the top of the list, although he won't receive the same type of lucrative deal...
