Jets Offer DE Ellis League Veteran Minimum

The Jets will only keep DE Shaun Ellis if he signs a one year contract at the league minimum which is now $910,000. He's 34, but I would be inclined to splash a little bit with Ellis and maybe give him $3.5 million for 2 years. We could certainly use his experience and leadership on our D-line.
