I wish I could take credit for this article sharing, but I saw it on the Orange and Brown Report Watercooler page. It is an amazing read and a peek into the head of Coach Shumur and what his approach to coaching means for the team and players.
To me, stability will be a key thing for this team to function; Lord knows our fan base needs less of a revolving door chamber and more of a coach staying sturdy like the Gen. Cleaveland statute.
