The Browns managed to get the run game going and had a nice scramble by Seneca Wallace to set up a field goal to go up 3-0. With the Steelers' offense still inefficient, Cleveland had a couple of nice catches by Joshua Cribbs to set up a 45-yard field goal by Phil Dawson with a minute to go in the half.
That was enough time for Ben Roethlisberger to throw the ball down the field, including a tough connection made between he and Antonio Brown. Another connection between the pair put the ball at the one-yard line, but Pittsburgh had to settle for a field goal to make it 6-3 Cleveland at the half.
