If that’ll get us in the playoffs again consistently, I’d be for it.

I would be ok with this. Then at #37 a OLB/DE…

I like Griffin at #4 but I’m not sold at all on Wright. True he has speed but he is going to get killed in the NFL. Remember this guy Jeff Maehl from Oregon last year? He reminds me a lot of Wright—very quick, good hands, etc. He went undrafted and was picked up as a UDF by the Texans where he didn’t even really play at all—and he is 6-0. Wright is 5-10. True he is quick but that height is going to hurt him and I think he is going to have a really hard time staying healthy with 250 lb LBs smacking him down. I’ll take Jeffrey at this spot all day long… Kiper has him going at 31.

Smaller means faster and as long as he doesn’t go over the middle too much, he should be ok. Tackling is a lost art in the NFL most of the time, especially from DBs.

DeSean Jackson is 5-10, and Wright actually outweighs him by about 15 pounds. If we do draft Griffin and Wright, Griffin should know his strengths and weaknesses. It just depends on how they use him. But yeah, I would agree on taking Jeffrey if available.
Wright is nowhere as fast as Jackson

Well I guess that depends on what you mean by nowhere near. I also don’t think anyone ever said Wright was as fast as Jackson.

Kipers an idiot. He’s more often wrong than right. I would prefer another DE or LB first ( gotta be a best though), and the second pick can be a WR. 2nd round being either the DE or LB that wasnt taken at #4. Why you might ask? We are finally gonna make a splash in FA and get us at least 1 really good WR, CB, OG.

Practically everyone is more often wrong than right when it comes to mock drafts. I don’t think it makes Kiper an idiot…

Lots of things make Kiper an idiot.

There isn’t a DE that is worth the 4th pick, plain and simple.

Under SOPA they could and probably would just take all of DBN down instead of censoring your specific post.

I’d say something about civil liberties, but hey, corporations are people too!

I’m still waiting for that one to come into play in a criminal case. Imagine a CEO and the entire board getting 25 to life.
