Shurmur might be willing to give up play calling

According to an article from CBS Sports, Browns HC Pat Shurmur would be willing to relinquish play calling duties to an OC "if the Browns hire a coordinator who can do it better." This could increase the odds of getting someone like Sherman or Childress.

There’s an interesting unit-by-unit analysis in this article. They seem to have a good opinion of the defensive secondary and a less than glowing appreciation of the Browns’ receivers which is a no brainer. But still a nice breakdown of the various positions.
