Joe Thomas Named to NFL All-Pro Team by AP
For as "beasting" as Joe Thomas is, you can never be certain if the Associated Press panel will vote the right way. As it turns out, they were wise to vote Thomas to the NFL All-Pro team today for the third consecutive season. The Akron Beacon Journal notes that linebacker D'Qwell Jackson did actually receive two votes, which counts for something considering the number of inside/middle linebackers in the NFL. No other Browns made the first- or second-team All-Pro list though.

I can’t believe D’Qwell got votes. Good for him. Thomas gave up a lot of sacks (for being Joe Thomas) this year, but I still think he probably had the best year out of all the tackles. Long didn’t fare well against Jayme Mitchell of all people, probably because he was injured. Clady had a down year too.
