There will also be swirling gusts of wind up to 23-24 miles per hour, which are expected to affect the kicking game. As good as Phil Dawson is, if he can't hit his kicks consistently during pregame, don't be surprised if the Browns punt the ball or go for it on fourth down in some situations.
