The following players will be inactive for today's game against the Dallas Cowboys: RB Brandon Jackson, FB Owen Marecic, OL Jarrod Shaw, DT Ronnie Cameron, CB Joe Haden, CB Dimitri Patterson, and S Ray Ventrone.
The Browns are keeping six wide receivers active, which means Josh Cooper could get some reps. With all of those receivers active, it's hard to imagine that Joshua Cribbs' wishes for more playing time will come true.
Cleveland is obviously thin in the secondary due to Haden and Patterson being out. CB Buster Skrine will start in place of Haden. DT Ahtyba Rubin returns to action today to be paired up with DT Phil Taylor.

According to Adam Schefter, the news isn't good for Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden for today's game against the Dallas Cowboys:

The Browns will likely go with CB Buster Skrine to start in place of Haden, meaning rookie CB Trevin Wade will move to nickel back. The Browns are already without veteran nickel back Dimitri Patterson.
