The Browns were forcing fumbles left and right on the Steelers' running backs after taking a 13-7 lead during the second quarter. At the end of the half, though, the Steelers got a pass interference call in the end zone followed by a 1-yard touchdown run by Chris Rainey to go up 14-13 heading into the second half.
