The Cleveland Browns have named the following players inactive for today's game against the Kansas City Chiefs: RB Brandon Jackson, FB Owen Marecic, WR Josh Cooper, OL Jarrod Shaw, DL Ronnie Cameron, CB Trevin Wade, and S Eric Hagg.

The Browns will have CB Dimitri Patterson back for the first time in awhile, and safeties Usama Young and Ray Ventrone will also be back in action.

The Chiefs will be without starting safety Abram Elam, but LB Derrick Johnson and CB Brandon Flowers are active.
