Browns Have Already Locked Up RB Peyton Hillis?
It's just a rumor, but fantastic, if true.

Further evidence it may be real, Daniel Wolf is debunking it: http://www.nationalfootballauthority.com/2012/02/breaking-rumor-cleveland-browns-peyton.html

The Browns and Hillis had a very rocky road in 2012, with injuries, rumors of tanking it, and a staph infection that started the ball rolling in week three.
What?
That is news to me.
Why did the Steeler fan grow a mustache? So he could look like his mother.

Never heard about staph infections this season, but then I missed half of it due to boot camp.

This is nonsense. If I had to guess, I’d say the person who started this “rumor” was trying to get more twitter followers or something of the like.
This seems pretty likely, but I think its funny that Wolf said its absolutely not true because another reporter said he hadn’t heard the rumor.
OT: Wolf was randomly bashing mkc on the DBN Like page. I don’t mind necessary bashing, but it was kinda baseless.

I would love it if there was a shred of truth to this. Maybe there is, maybe there isn’t, but the fewer holes we have pre-free agency, the better.
I think there could be some truth to the Browns potentially wanting Peyton Hillis. But I would consider that entirely exclusive to the rumor that’s floating around because of this tweet. I’m certain that the supposed source in this case either doesn’t exist or is a fraud.
If I turn out to be wrong and the source turns out to be legit, I’ll gladly enjoy a plate of crow with a side of peace-of-mind knowing we won’t have to address the RB situation with Trent Richardson.
I know some people may not think Hillis is the answer, but I’d much rather sign Hillis than draft Richardson with the 4th pick

I will choose to believe the rumors. It’s such a huge time saver for me.
I take this optimism shit seriously.
