Weird Al Yankovic for Super Bowl Halftime Show

I heard about the movement to have Weird Al Yankovic do the next Super Bowl Halftime show and immediately realized that it was the greatest idea ever. Why hasn't anyone though of this before? Wouldn't it be nice to have a year where during halftime of the Super Bowl we didn't have to sit through the excruciating performances by the likes of the Black Eyed Peas or Madonna?
