How about this Offseason Agenda - Feedback please

This offseason is probably going to make or break the franchise for immediate success in the AFC central and gain the respect of others in the division. How do we do that? Addressing all the team needs to the best of our ability now without mortgaging the future to get Griffin which would cost too many draft picks for what the Rams are asking for.

How about this offseason agenda:
FA signings and resignings
QB - Sign Matt Flynn to 3yr deal 20 mil with incentive bonuses built in. Won't have to give up draft picks since Packers are not going to franchise him.
RB - Let Hillis leave via free agency replace in draft
WR - Sign FA Robert Meachem from Saints - 4 yr deal 20 mil - Much needed speed at WR
TE - No changes
OT - No changes
OG - Cut Steinbach - Sign Carl Nicks from Saints
C - No changes
DE - Sign FA Juqua Parker and Resign Marcus Benard to help with pass rush

Draft
#4 - RB Trent Richardson 5'9" 228 - Get best RB in draft - every down back franchise needs
#22 - OT/OG Cordy Glenn 6'6" 346 - Was an absolute beast of a man, great combine, get versatility to play OT or OG. Slightly soured on OT Adams after poor bench press - lack of Strength not worth 1st round pick.
#37 - CB Stephen Gilmore - 6'1" 193 - Good size - speed 4.45 - great to bolster secondary fill 2nd CB spot
#68 - DE Jered Crick - Best DE available - slipped due to lack of elite pass rush skills-but still produced sacks like DE Watts for Houston. Excellent run defender - something we need on DL to help with struggles last year.
#100 - LB Audie Cole 6'4" 239 - 4.81 - Good all around LB to fill needed 3rd starter spot
#118 - WR Marvin Jones 6'1" 197 - Good all around WR - 4.46 at combine
#132 - OT Levy Adcock 6'6" - 322 - Very strong needs to work on skills - future starter - project
#165 - P Bryan Anger - Best prospect this year at position. Too many question last season.
#196 - LB Max Gruder 6'1" 235 - Add depth at LB and for special teams.
