Dawgs By Nature is holding a tournament throughout March to determine the greatest Cleveland Browns ever. It'll continue to be madness. The winners of each round will be chosen by you. We're calling it the DBN All-Time Browns Bracket.
And then there were eight.
Last round featured a tightly contested battle between Clay Matthews and Joe Thomas. It was actually those closest finish we've had throughout the entire tournament. The voting went back and forth but always remained within reach to go either way. The final was 51 to 49 percent. Matthews defeated Thomas by just 11 votes to advance.
As for the rest of the Sweet 16 matchups, as per usual in this bracket so far, they went chalk. All of the higher seeds prevailed once again. Despite that, I'm not ready to count all of these 2. seeds out moving into the Elite 8. I still think that Paul Warfield has a legitimate shot to upset Ozzie Newsome, who has spent the last 16 years as a Ravens executive. Another intriguing one is the QB head-to-head between Bernie Kosar and Otto Graham. It'll be interesting to see whether voters go for fan favorite or championship resume.
You can vote on the Elite 8 after the jump.
