Those of you who know me, know that I am passionate about beer. I can talk about the beer making process, history, current politics surrounding beer, and great quality beer products all day long.
ITT: Talk about beer. Anything having to do with beer. Your favorite brand, your least favorite brand, why bud, miller, and coors (BMC for future reference) are the bane of your existence. The definition of beer snobbery. Beer vs wine. Even how much you hate beer. I don't care as long as it has to do with beer.
I am an avid homebrewer and want to make beer my career. It is an extremely hard industry to get into since people who work in it love their jobs so much, they never leave. I have found that you really have to be lucky more than anything else to get into it. If you have any beer questions for me, please ask!
My extremely long-term goal is to open a brewpub with my cousin who is currently in the air force. Once he is finished, we plan on opening the brewpub that will host quality food where beer is used as an ingredient in every single menu-item and quality beer to match. My short-term goal is to somehow get into the industry. My most recent venture, as some of you may know, is to try and open a dog park bar. I have been doing research more than anything right now as far as the legalities of dog parks, food and beverage laws with dogs, getting start-up funds, how to get a liquor license, etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I said in another thread, any amount of help DBN gives will warrant free beer if/when the park is opened. It may be a bit of a drive for some of you, but the offer stands.
"Beer is good! Beer is good! Beer is good! AND STUFF!"
We Couldn't Think of a Title, BEER!!!
