After blowing by the Green Bay Packers last week, the Cleveland Browns will look to improve their preseason record to 3-0 as they face off against their Week 1 regular season opponent, the Philadelphia Eagles. Even though preseason records are not always a great indication of a team's projected success during the regular season, this is a game you would hope the Browns could win since the Eagles are without their top two quarterbacks.
