OT: Dietary/ Vitamin thread

So, I've realized that I need to get much healthier, so I'm trying to radically change my diet and supplement intake. But I can only do so much with my income.

Currently, I take 1 Multi-Vitamin, 3 Fish Oil pills (I need to get more concentrated pills so I don't have to take as many, and receive more omega 3 to less fish oil fat), and 2 Vitamin C pills in the morning, and 3 fish oil pills before bed.

So far, I've just been eating plain Cheerios for breakfast, but tomorrow, I'm going to make some quick oats in Almond milk with fruits and a little honey. Lunch today was a grilled boneless chicken breast and dinner was a Grilled chicken breast (this time drizzled with paprika and garlic powder) and a serving of corn. Want to try a smoky low-sodium rub soon. Dessert was a banana haha. I'm thinking once I go through the Chicken, I'm going to pick up a pack of turkey burgers, or just grab some Venison from the freezer downstairs and go a few days on some lean burgers. After watching my calories today, I apparently only hit 1300 in a day and I feel full. Pretty awesome.

Also trying to get some cardio in. I don't spend a lot of time in the day doing it, but I do a good amount. About 10 minutes of sprints and 30 minutes of a high gear bike ride up and down my street to burn some calories.

I'm hoping this refocus of supplements, diet and cardio benefits me in the end, but I'm worried if I focus too much on one thing, I won't get enough of the other. It takes a lot of work to make sure I'm doing the right stuff and not skimping somewhere else. Really watching ingredients and intake now. Like Almond milk? It's really healthy in controlled substances, but too much in a day can actual block thyroid processes. Anyone else trying to watch their diet? Be nice to get some more suggestions and support.
