Cleveland Browns wide receiver Joshua Cribbs was knocked out of the Browns vs. Ravens Thursday Night Football game in the first quarter. As he was being tackled on a punt return, Cribbs took a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit that knocked him out for several minutes.

Cribbs walked off on his own power later and was taken to the locker room for further examination. The chances of him returning to the game are not very good.
