Wildcard Weekend: Seattle Seahawks vs. Washington Redskins

Al Bello

One thing will be certain by the end of this game -- a rookie quarterback will have won a playoff game. Down the stretch this season, the Redskins' Robert Griffin III and the Seahawks' Russell Wilson have been key contributors in their teams lighting it up in the NFL.

Both teams are similar in strengths, in the sense that they have a solid running game with opportunistic passing and a mobile quarterbacks. The Seahawks have the overall edge on defense, but the Redskins' defense has really improved too. I really hate to see either of these teams eliminated in the first round of the postseason. I'll roll with the fact that Seattle depended more on having a home-field edge, which they don't have here, and go with the Redskins. Redskins 28, Seahawks 20
