Don't expect 200 yard game from "THE BIG EASY".

It's been a long time since Josh Gordon suited up and caught a pass in traffic. (Pre-season), It's been even longer.....last December....since Gordon has caught a ball that mattered. The ten week suspension has finally passed and Browns fans and radio talk show hosts alike are all atwitter predicting how big a game Gordon will have against the lowly Falcons defense this Sunday. Even Joe Haden chimed in and raised expectations to even more delirious heights (250yds.). Of course Gordon is capable of achieving many of these goals but after hanging around a car dealership for the last ten weeks and then returning to the rough and tumble world of NFL football the very next week; it's just not plausible to believe that Gordon won't be a bit rusty and that he won't make a few mistakes that will prevent him of achieving those lofty goals. Of course I hope I'm completely wrong and that Joe Haden et al are closer but we have to give Gordon at least 2-3 weeks to get back into the swing of things, I'm as excited as anybody else about seeing " THE BIG EASY" make opposing defenses look helpless when he's on the field. But Look for Gordon to contribute but only to a more pedestrian level (4-6 catches 50-85 yards and maybe a TD.) Not at a pro bowl level performance, at least not for a few more weeks.
