Vince Young & Tyler Thigpen.....draft day head fake?

Undoubtedly; many of you had to surprised that not only had the Browns brought in two journeyman QB's but that after only a day or two into the mini camp that they were immediately signed. Of course, this could all be explained innocently enough by the fact that the Browns only had two QB's on the roster and that another 1 or 2 could help with taking reps and spelling the hobbling Brian Hoyer. On the other hand; can it be just be another signal to the rest of the league that we are now set at QB. And that we have faith in Brian Hoyer as our starter and now have veteran back-ups like Vince Young and Tyler Thigpen therefore; we won't be drafting a QB at 4? The real message for other teams: no need to jump ahead of us (e.g.Minnesota) to draft a QB because your QB is now more likely to be there when you draft. I believe it is the latter. I can't remember the last time an NFL team signed two journeyman QB's on the same day. Couple that with the fact that it comes just days before the draft and what you have now are more confusing moves for the rest of the teams drafting behind the Browns to decipher.

I would be shocked if either Young or Thigpen is on the roster come September (barring injuries of course) therefore; I believe that the Browns are poised to draft Manziel, Bortles or Carr at 4 and that the recent QB signings are just another head fake to the rest of the league.
