While addressing a group of understandably hostile trucking executives at a seminar in Indianapolis, Jimmy Haslam unequivocally states that he knew nothing of the rebate scheme and that the investigation will "in no way shape or form affect [his] ownership of the Browns." This is a pretty important development. I also found in very interesting that, despite the lawsuits by some, Pilot/Flying J appears to be making restitution to trucking companies victimized by the scheme voluntarily. Haslam deserve credit for facing these people and for making amends. This is very encouraging news.
It looks like the opposition has hired a former FBI Pro Bowler to go after our owner. Yikes!
Take a look and comment with who you think is overrated and who you think got snubbed.
I have to admit I'm only part way though, but this was too good not to share immediately. Apologies if it already was posted elsewhere here.
My condolences to your eyes, people. I had hoped we would shelve these uniforms.
