Browns Choose FSN Ohio in TV Deal

Well, it only took the Browns one day to find a new partner to carry their special programming. After losing the Cleveland Indians, FSN Ohio has added Browns coverage to their network.

FSN Ohio plans three shows for the upcoming season, including a 30-minute, nightly training camp show. The show will be hosted by FSN Ohio's Michael Reghi and former Browns quarterback Mike Pagel and will also feature linebacker Andra Davis. It will air nightly at 7 p.m. during training camp.

FSN Ohio will also carry live coverage of Romeo Crennel's weekly press conferences every Monday (beginning Sept. 11) and will host Browns Table, a weekly roundtable premiering on Sept. 14.

Just as a note, this does not mean FSN Ohio will carry the Browns' preseason games. All preseason games must be shown on free television. Since FSN signed the deal with the Browns though, you'd have to believe that Channel 8 has an advantage in the negotiations. I wonder if Channel 19 will report on the Browns' change of network?
