The Browns have not had lights-out production from a linebacking crew that was thought to be on the rise after last season's development. The linebacking core is hurting with injuries right now, but hopefully it won't be as thing as the Indianapolis Colts' receivers this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
- D'Qwell Jackson: After missing two games already, he's still sidelined with an ankle injury. He was our leading tackler prior to injury, and may have been the type of guy to stay at home on Ben Roethlisberger last Sunday.
- Willie McGinest: He is currently nursing a hamstring injury, and will miss today's practice. Maybe that's why he played so weak against the Steelers.
- Antwan Peek: Peek still has a knee injury, but he didn't practice most of last week and still played in the game.

BTW, it's amazing how I couldn't recall everybody currently on our practice squad. In case any of you forgot, keep in mind that we may see some of these guys later in the season or next year: TE Richard Angulo, RB Chris Barclay, DB A.J. Davis, OL Cliff Louis, DL Chase Pittman, DL Melila Purcell, WR Steve Sanders, and WR Syndric Steptoe.
