The Cleveland Browns defeated the Tennessee Titans last week and will close their preseason tonight against the Chicago Bears. Every year, there is usually only one ultimate goal for the fourth preseason game -- get the starters out of there as quick as possible. That might be a different story this year though. If Eric Mangini still hasn't decided on a starting quarterback, maybe the starters will play throughout the entire first half as opposed to just the first drive.
