This week, the Cleveland Browns will look for their second straight victory at home against the Atlanta Falcons. Matt Ryan has led the Falcons to a 3-1 record to start off the season, but after a big win against the New Orleans Saints two wees ago, they were barely able to squeak by the San Francisco 49ers last week. Will the Browns' offense excel with Jake Delhomme back under center enough to pull off the upset?
