Hanford Dixon Becomes a Head Coach

Everyone with ties to the Cleveland Browns wants to get in to coaching these days apparently. Yesterday it was Marty Schottenheimer in the United Football League, and today it is Hanford Dixon...in the Lingerie Football League (LFL). I'm not kidding. Bob Golic is the VP of football operations.

"Excited to be part of a team that has brought a sense of excitement and rejuvenation around professional football in Cleveland. Bob and I fully intend on establishing a culture much like we had in the 80s, winning football", said, Hanford Dixon.

The team Dixon will be coaching is the Cleveland Crush. The team will hold their first open tryout on March 27, and the season begins September 23 at Quicken Loans Arena. This is another alternative to the Cleveland Browns to go along with the Cleveland Gladiators should the lockout carry on that long.

Would you have any remote interest in the LFL?
